|Description||Theory and clinical practice in the care management of people of all ages who have complex health concerns that require coordination of care across disciplines and transitions between care settings.|
|Prerequisite||Nursing 307, 312, 320 with a grade of C (2.0) or better in each course. Admission to the RN to BS program.|
|Course Hours||Three-and-one-half hours of lecture and five hours of laboratory.|
Requires signed compliance verification slip before admission to clinical experience.
In-person modality may change based on additional field placement-related COVID-19 requirements.
Distance Education course. All class meetings and activities take place online.
