Description Applications of psychological principles and methods of investigation to problems of industrial relations and motivation of employees; factors influencing morale and employee productivity; criteria of job proficiency; psychological aspects of worker-management relationships and leadership.
Prerequisite Psychology 321 and consent of master's program adviser.
General Text NOTE: Graduate courses in psychology are not open to post-baccalaureate unclassified students. NOTE: Priority for enrollment in graduate courses in psychology is given to psychology students who have the courses as requirements in their respective programs.
