|Description||Relationship between technology and society, and factors that influence the innovation, development, commercialization, and diffusion of media technologies. Exploration of specific qualities of various media forms.|
|Prerequisite||Journalism and Media Studies 315, 408, and 489. Admission to media studies emphasis, Major Code: 15060. An approved upper division writing course with a grade of C (2.0) or better or passing the Writing Placement Assessment with a score of 10.|
Distance Education course. All class meetings and activities take place online.
