Description Food sustainability and security. Geographic relationship between environment and food to include impacts of food production and consumption on environmental resources and climate, influence of environmental factors on food security, role of economic, political, and social factors. Not open to students with credit in Geography 340.
Prerequisite Geography 101 or 102.
