|Description||Geologic processes that have dramatically affected the human race: earthquakes, volcanoes, landslides, and floods. Not acceptable to the BS degree in geological sciences, except for the emphasis in environmental geosciences.|
|Prerequisite||Completion of the General Education requirement in Foundations of Learning II.A., Natural Sciences and Quantitative Reasoning. Recommended: Geological Sciences 100.|
