Description Theory and application of effective relational communication principles in both intimate and nonintimate contexts. Theoretical and empirical evidence on communication strategies and behaviors in relationship initiation, development, and termination. Relationship of communication behaviors to relational goals.
Prerequisite Communication 300 and 350. Admission to a major or minor in the School of Communication.
