Description | Theory and clinical practice in the care management of people of all ages who have complex health concerns that require coordination of care across disciplines and transitions between care settings. |
Prerequisite | Nursing 307, 312, 320 with a grade of C (2.0) or better in each course. Admission to the RN to BS program. |
Course Hours | Three-and-one-half hours of lecture and five hours of laboratory. |
