To reset your WebPortal account and receive a new temporary password, enter your RedID in the field below. We will automatically confirm your account exists in our system. To verify your identity, you will be required to provide us with some personal information. This information and the answer to your challenge question are required for security reasons. Once your data is verified to be correct, a new temporary password will be e-mailed to you. Please make sure we have your current e-mail address on file! All data is encrypted and completely confidential.
Faculty and staff: If you have forgotten your password, or have a locked account, contact your department for assistance. Department coordinators have the ability to reset passwords and unlock accounts for their faculty.
